What you'll do

• Clean laundry and common areas
• dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfaces
• sanitize and maintain interior spaces
• perform window washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning
• use ladders safely
• report deficiencies or repair needs to management
• collaborate with cleaning staff
• and follow health and safety regulations. A valid driver's license and ability to travel to properties as needed are required.
