Group Supervisor — School-Age Care

What you'll do

• Provide leadership for the classroom team in the Site Supervisor’s absence
• plan and implement daily program activities
• coordinate Assistant Group Supervisors and Aides
• assist the School Age Director with designated activities
• assist with staff supervision
• provide a nurturing environment
• meet Keystone Stars standards
• follow program standards for regulations, family communication, facility care, recordkeeping, curriculum, health and safety, teamwork, and staff meetings
• promote JCC programs and mission
• provide customer service to members, staff, and guests
• participate in children’s active indoor and outdoor play.
