The Blow Molding Engineering Technician II role is onsite in Hercules, CA, with an estimated hourly pay range of $38.75–$53.27. Bio-Rad’s new extrusion blow molding operation supports manufacturing of products for its research and clinical diagnostics business. The technician supports startup and ongoing production by setting up and operating equipment, completing mold changeovers, troubleshooting processes, and maintaining machinery. The role works with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to improve reliability, product quality, and operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Lead startup and ongoing support of the extrusion blow molding operation
• install molds and perform changeovers and process troubleshooting
• diagnose, repair, and maintain blow molding machines and ancillary equipment
• support commissioning, process validation, continuous improvement, and new product introductions
• train operators and share technical knowledge.
