• oversee line architecture, initial pricing, and SKU optimization
• lead product storytelling with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams
• guide owned-brand assortment
• develop team capability
• own merchandise-category P&L
• partner on inventory health and productivity
• negotiate vendor terms and partnerships
• use customer, competitive, and digital performance insights.
