What you'll do

• Process regular, off-cycle, and annual payroll
• research and resolve payroll, tax, timekeeping, and reconciliation issues
• process adjustments, incentive taxation, and retroactive payments
• perform payroll audits and reconciliations
• review payroll and timekeeping reports
• analyze payroll data using Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
• support employees, managers, business partners, and vendors
• maintain employee, payroll, and timekeeping records
• support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements
• maintain procedures and documentation
• research payroll laws and implement required changes
• support payroll compliance
• troubleshoot with internal departments and third-party providers
• provide subject-matter guidance and training
• protect confidential information.
