What you'll do

• Lead eCommerce efforts within DISH TV
• manage activation, conversion, and sell-in targets
• optimize the onsite funnel and acquisition strategies
• develop a site merchandising calendar, testing roadmap, and execution plans
• use analytics and AI-driven optimization to identify customer-journey friction
• partner with creative, UX, and IT teams on digital campaigns
• assess go-to-market strategies and align sales and marketing goals.
