What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch security calls, alarms, and service requests
• maintain dispatch logs, incident records, radio communications, and shift documentation
• respond calmly to incidents and communicate with site contacts and responders
• and conduct regular and random patrols of operational areas, access points, and the perimeter.
