What you'll do

• Develop protein purification schemes for antibodies and biospecifics
• investigate analytical results and propose solutions
• review literature
• analyze and present results
• generate and follow SOPs for cGMP production
• maintain laboratory instruments
• document work in notebooks and batch records
• follow mammalian cell culture and purification SOPs
• optimize methods and facilitate technology transfer to CMOs
• troubleshoot process development issues
• mentor and supervise staff as applicable.
