What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and suspension alignments
• conduct state-mandated emissions and safety inspections
• troubleshoot customer concerns with the team
• complete vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance reports
• follow applicable regulations and safety standards
• communicate vehicle damage or malfunctions to the service department
• assist with housekeeping.
