What you'll do

• Recommend staff employment decisions to the director of operations
• oversee quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides
• organize care center clinical operations
• review service requests and coordinate referrals and admissions
• oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification
• review staff documentation and resolve deficiencies
• support patient goals and plan-of-care revisions
• assist with staff training and investigate patient, family, or physician concerns
• participate in on-call process.
