Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members on assigned shifts
• support task completion and compliance with safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• train team members using company tools
• report equipment repair needs
• conduct register and safe audits, deposit funds, account for restaurant funds, and report accidents
• investigate and respond to guest complaints
• attend meetings and training
• monitor restaurant cleanliness
• recommend disciplinary action for hourly team members.
