What you'll do

• Manage workers' compensation litigation matters from inception through resolution
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and case evaluations
• represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings
• prepare witnesses and clients
• maintain organized case files and meet deadlines
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and courts
• stay current on Florida workers' compensation law.
