The Supervising Psychiatrist role is fully remote for candidates residing in Georgia; compensation is $145–$170 per hour. Two Chairs provides integrated therapy and psychiatry, using technology and measured outcomes to support patient care. The psychiatrist supervises and mentors psychiatric nurse practitioners while maintaining a reduced patient panel. The role provides consultations, medication management and follow-up care as appropriate, and collaborates on clinical protocols, workflows, and care models with an interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor up to 12 PMHNPs, subject to licensure, available hours, and company needs
• provide weekly supervision during onboarding and monthly group supervision afterward
• consult on complex cases
• prescribe responsibly and in alignment with measurement-based care
• conduct follow-up assessments, manage medications, and provide psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
• collaborate on tools, workflows, treatment guidelines, and protocols
• participate in case reviews and clinical discussions.
