What you'll do

• Supervise, plan, organize, and control project resources and logistics
• lead subcontractors and support project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience goals
• coordinate required inspections and completion certificates
• communicate with owners and design professionals
• create and manage schedules
• prepare requests for information and review submittals and shop drawings
• prepare daily and weekly records and reports
• ensure safety-policy and OSHA job-site compliance
• contribute to request-for-proposal strategies and presentations.
