What you'll do

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, settlements, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• conduct legal research and analysis
• investigate consumer complaints and identify potential claims
• pursue litigation involving alleged unfair or deceptive business practices
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• manage caseloads, deadlines, case files, and case strategies.

Why this role
