What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature-control procedures
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils
• check trays for menu and diet accuracy
• store food and supplies properly
• process diet changes and follow established menus.
