Land Development Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead design and project management for site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement support
• coordinate agency approvals, permitting, technical studies, and consultants
• manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client communications from concept through construction
• build a local consultant network
• champion quality and continuous improvement
• mentor junior staff
• promote firm services and develop client relationships with developers, municipalities, and business partners.
