Site Superintendent — Luxury Custom Residential Projects

The Site Superintendent role is onsite in Yountville, CA. Base salary is $135,000–$195,000 per year, depending on experience. Vine Homes Construction is a Napa Valley luxury design-build firm delivering custom residential projects from concept to completion. The superintendent leads field operations to keep project schedules, safety, subcontractor performance, and construction quality on track. The role coordinates daily site activity with project managers, leadership, clients, inspectors, and trade partners through project closeout.

What you'll do

• Walk active job areas daily
• manage field schedules and sequence subcontractors and vendors
• lead weekly subcontractor and safety meetings
• enforce OSHA standards and maintain a safe, organized site
• coordinate inspections
• interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• communicate RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and field conflicts
• maintain daily Autodesk logs
• hold subcontractors accountable for scope, quality, and schedule
• lead punch-list completion and closeout.
