Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics Super Pool in Coppell, TX. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary that is not specified. The RN in the Super Pool will organize, implement, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care. This plan will be individualized, family centered, and holistic. The RN in the Super Pool will participate in MCCH initiatives and process improvement. The RN in the Super Pool will maintain high-quality age specific care for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and young adult population. The RN in the Super Pool will support the mission, vision and values of the organization.
What you'll do
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- If hired after 6/1/2, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position.
- 3-6 years RN experience in pediatrics according to agreement.
- Must be able to work in 4 of the following areas, 2 of which must be critical care: NICU, PICU, CHSU, Peds ED, 6D, 6N, Stem Cell Transplant (pediatric patients).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
- STABLE must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
- Minimum of 3 years Hospital Experience in Pediatrics.
