What you'll do

• Prepare pies and bakery items according to recipes, quality standards, and production schedules
• measure, mix, assemble, bake, and package products
• follow production lists to meet inventory needs
• monitor product appearance, taste, portioning, and consistency
• safely operate bakery equipment
• communicate quality concerns
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• organize inventory and stock for future production.
