What you'll do

• Establish electrical system philosophy and standards
• serve as final technical decision-maker for system architecture, equipment selection, reliability, and redundancy
• lead customer technical discussions and align power requirements with design
• coordinate FAT and SAT validation
• lead grid interconnection strategy and utility coordination
• oversee system studies and compliance
• govern EPC, OEM, and owner’s engineer deliverables
• support project development, due diligence, risk mitigation, and technology integration
• provide technical direction and mentorship to electrical engineers.
