First Steps Nursing and Therapy provides one-on-one home care for pediatric and young-adult patients and supports nurses with training and an office team. The nurse provides direct care to an assigned patient, monitors and documents their condition, administers prescribed treatments, and supports respiratory and G-tube needs. The role also includes communicating changes to supervisors or physicians and educating family members and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on nursing care

• provide tracheostomy and ventilator care when assigned
• take vital signs
