What you'll do

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, sheathing, trim, siding, fascia, soffit, and decking
• identify and replace damaged or deteriorated wood
• read blueprints, work orders, and project specifications
• measure, cut, and install materials using hand and power tools
• repair or rebuild balconies, railings, stairs, and walkways as required by scope
• coordinate with other trades
• maintain a clean and safe work site
• report time, materials, and progress.
