What you'll do

• Manage census, cash, billing, collections, refunds, adjustments, and resident trust processes
• balance census daily
• deposit and post cash daily
• review accounts receivable aging and develop collection strategies
• coordinate billing, account follow-up, weekly receivables meetings, month-end close, and monthly Triple Check
• reconcile resident trust
• support compliance and quality improvement.
