What you'll do

• Lead commercial plumbing projects
• supervise plumbers, apprentices, helpers, temporary labor, and subcontractors
• set daily and weekly goals
• work with crews on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
• review project scope, drawings, specifications, schedules, and codes
• coordinate with management, customers, and trade partners
• assess labor, equipment, and material needs
• coordinate deliveries and maintain jobsite inventory
• serve as the field contact for customers, inspectors, and trade partners
• mentor and train personnel
• conduct Job Hazard Analyses, safety walks, toolbox talks, and inspections
• maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA and project requirements.
