What you'll do

• Manage daily agency operations, intake, scheduling, caregiver assignments, and service delivery
• monitor census, authorized hours, staffing, and utilization
• maintain Pennsylvania regulatory compliance and records
• oversee payer requirements, authorizations, billing documentation, EVV, and claims issues
• recruit and onboard caregivers
• oversee patient intake, care-plan alignment, and family communication
• conduct audits and quality improvement
• coordinate referral development and census growth.
