What you'll do

• Enter and maintain garnishments, benefit deductions, tax updates, and payroll adjustments
• enter deposit payments and investigate discrepancies
• support payroll and HR with questions, documentation, and employee file maintenance
• maintain confidentiality
• organize invoices and accounts payable documents
• assist with filing and recordkeeping
• provide backup accounts payable support
• follow company policies, internal controls, and accounting and payroll procedures.
