What you'll do

• Work one-to-one with clients with autism using individualized ABA techniques created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• support parents and caregivers in implementing behavior-plan tactics
• collect skills and behavior data
• conduct daily discrete trials to monitor progress and objectives
• communicate concerns and progress to families and supervisors
• complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
