What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries
• triage calls and route patients appropriately
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• assist with referrals, prior authorizations, lab results, prescription refills, and eligibility verification
• update patient records and document interactions in the EHR
• complete voicemail and follow-up tasks
• educate patients about services and follow-up care
• support onboarding and training.
