• Coordinate mental health and disability services across Head Start and Early Head Start
• observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback
• consult with and support staff and families
• develop and facilitate training and workshops
• supervise the Special Education Teacher
• monitor compliance with program standards and requirements
• ensure IEP/IFSP documentation is current and maintained in ChildPlus.
