What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents and staff
• clean floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators
• vacuum floors
• clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms
• clean apartments before resident move-ins
• empty common-area trash and communicate trash-related issues to maintenance
• coordinate cleaning requests with maintenance and office staff.
