Production Spray Painter – Coatings Application – 1st or 2nd Shift

The Production Spray Painter – Coatings Application position is onsite in Milton, PA, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. ColorCoat applies paint and coatings for window and door manufacturers, and this role supports its Milton production team. The painter prepares and mixes coatings, applies them with HVLP spray techniques, and checks finishes against customer and company quality standards. The role also maintains spray equipment and work areas and follows production, safety, and respiratory-protection requirements. The posting lists first-shift hours of 4:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and second-shift hours of 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What you'll do

• Prepare and mix coatings to specifications
• determine paint needs from the production schedule
• prepare and sand surfaces when repainting is required
• apply coatings using HVLP spray techniques
• verify coating and color
• document paint samples
• identify and report preparation or finish issues
• clean and maintain spray guns
• keep the paint lane, booth, tools, and mixing area organized
• monitor equipment and booth conditions
• replace filters as required
• follow safety and PPE procedures.
