Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $120,000–$175,000 per year. The attorney will join a growing plaintiff’s firm and help lead its expanding litigation department. The attorney takes ownership of significant personal injury cases, develops litigation strategy, conducts depositions, and pursues courtroom and trial opportunities. The role contributes to client advocacy and case resolution through litigation leadership, trial work, and negotiation.

What you'll do

• Own and manage personal injury litigation matters
• develop litigation strategy
• conduct depositions, including of corporate defendants and liability, damages, and medical experts
• advocate in court and at trial
• negotiate and manage cases
• lead or mentor members of the litigation team.

Why this role

Requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, an active Texas Bar license in good standing, significant plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, significant first-chair trial experience, and extensive deposition experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
