Quality Assurance Supervisor

The Quality Assurance Supervisor role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Prudential Overall Supply provides uniform and textile rental services, including uniform rental, lease, and purchase programs. The supervisor leads site-level quality initiatives, maintains compliance and audit readiness, and drives continuous improvement in industrial laundry operations. The role partners with plant operations and corporate quality to improve process consistency, product quality, and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Serve as the plant’s primary contact for quality matters
• lead site quality efforts and train staff
• support ISO 9001 compliance
• lead internal audits, inspections, and documentation
• identify gaps and track corrective actions
• analyze production processes and lead root-cause analysis and CAPA
• use Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods
• oversee incoming, in-process, and final quality checks
• investigate non-conformances and customer complaints
• collaborate with plant leadership, procurement, vendors, and corporate teams
• conduct supplier evaluations and audits as needed.
