What you'll do

• Coordinate daily with the Construction Project Manager
• maintain project schedules and three-week lookaheads
• coordinate subcontractors and support staff
• complete daily reports and site photos
• interpret plans and specifications
• coordinate with government stakeholders
• monitor workmanship and submittal compliance
• facilitate safety and quality programs
• maintain government reporting systems
• track punch lists and closeout documents.
