Senior Room Service and Stewarding Manager

What you'll do

• Manage, coordinate, supervise, and direct room service and stewarding operations
• maintain guest service standards
• monitor workflow and provide hands-on support as needed
• manage revenue, payroll, food, labor, and other controllable expenses
• ensure food safety and guest relations procedures
• coach employees
• schedule staff and oversee payroll accuracy
• ensure labor, equipment, and product availability
• coordinate front-of-house service, training, and interdepartmental communication
• attend food and beverage and banquet event order meetings
• coordinate banquet resources
• supervise sanitation and equipment upkeep
• coordinate dishwashing, silver cleaning, and food and supply storage and distribution.
