The Security Professional Flex Officer – School Site role is onsite in Conway, SC. Starting base pay is $17.50 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to clients across industries, including education. The officer helps safeguard the client site by patrolling, monitoring access and conditions, responding to alarms and emergencies, and documenting incidents. Flex officers use a shift-pickup platform to claim available shifts and may be assigned irregular shifts with little or no advance notice.

What you'll do

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle
• watch for unusual conditions and safety hazards
• sound alarms or contact police or fire services when needed
• monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized entry
• warn people of rule violations
• investigate and report incidents and suspicious activity
• maintain written logs
• assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally
• make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
