The Senior Staff Technical Project Manager, Spark Product Development and NPI role is based at Crusoe’s Denver office in Cherry Creek, with frequent travel to its Brighton, CO manufacturing facility and infrequent travel to other sites (less than 10%). Compensation is $175,000–$215,000 per year, plus bonus. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The role owns the Spark modular data center product-development lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional work from scoping and planning through detailed design and first-of-a-kind builds. It helps the team deliver product generations and upgrades on schedule and budget and prepare designs for reliable manufacturing at scale.

What you'll do

• Manage Spark design-program scope, schedule, and budget
• coordinate requirements and product decisions
• partner with manufacturing on configuration management and design-to-shop-floor readiness
• identify and mitigate risks
• plan and host phase-gate reviews
• coordinate internal and external stakeholders, design reviews, and contractors
• provide executive project updates and support the deployments dashboard.
