The Network Administrator — Onsite is a full-time, onsite role in Dallas, TX, with work at the company office or client locations as required. Pay is $37.95–$42.90 per hour. Intelligent Technical Solutions provides IT support and technical assistance to clients.

What you'll do

• Resolve workstation, printer, business-application, M365, server, and networking issues
• administer Microsoft 365
• troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, servers, virtualization, firewalls, VLANs, access points, and VPN tunnels
• and serve as an escalation point for technicians. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of IT support or similar experience, advanced networking and virtualization knowledge, and a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits. Network certifications are preferred.
