What you'll do

• Advise contractors and agencies on Econolite products
• support traffic-signal installation at the cabinet level
• troubleshoot and interpret technical manuals and documents
• help the sales team identify customer needs and provide leads
• present technical information and solutions
• support industry trade events
• train and mentor field support representatives on products, installation, and troubleshooting
• document daily activities in the designated CRM.
