What you'll do

• Plan, develop, and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and activities with the Assistant Teacher
• supervise and guide children
• assist with enrollment and onboarding
• communicate with parents
• maintain classroom records and an orderly classroom
• comply with YMCA standards and government regulations
• participate in family events and program activities
• complete required annual training.
