The Kid’s Connection Site Supervisor — School Year, PM role is onsite at District 308 elementary schools and other Park District buildings in Oswego, Illinois. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The Oswegoland Park District’s Kid’s Connection program serves children in grades K–5 before and after school. The supervisor plans, organizes, supervises, and evaluates a multi-recreational program in line with Kid’s Connection goals and philosophy. The role coordinates activities and staff assignments and works with children, parents, school personnel, and Park District staff to support program operations.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead a multi-recreational program for grades K–5
• support programming on school days off and early release days
• prioritize assignments for leaders
• work with participants, parents, school and Park District personnel
• assist with supplies and equipment
• may drive Park District buses and transport children.
