What you'll do

• Prepare customer invoices, credit memos, and payment transactions
• apply check, ACH, and wire payments
• reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• maintain account information and assist with new account setup
• monitor A/R aging and support collections
• assist with month-end close, reconciliations, schedules, journal entries, audits, reporting, and accounting projects
• identify process improvements.
