What you'll do

• Conduct nursing assessments

• respond to clinical changes
• coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
• educate and support patients and families
• coordinate medications, supplies, equipment, and services
• maintain clinical documentation
• attend team meetings
• and participate in the on-call rotation as required.
