The Certified Medication Aide (CMA), Mid Shift role is onsite in McAlester, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Compensation is described as competitive and based on experience; qualified candidates may receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Mitchell Care & Rehab provides resident care in a skilled nursing center. The aide administers and records medications under licensed-nurse supervision, monitors residents for reactions or changes, and responds to resident needs. The role supports safe, comfortable care by following medication procedures, documenting treatments, and communicating concerns to licensed staff.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care consistent with safety and comfort policies
• administer and record medications as ordered under licensed-nurse supervision and applicable regulations
• follow the five rights of medication administration
• notify licensed staff when residents report pain
• may take and record vital signs as assigned or required
• answer call lights and make rounds under nurse supervision
• observe and report medication reactions, side effects, changes in condition, behavior, or unusual incidents
• document medications and treatments in the computer system.
