The Purchasing Agent role is onsite in Temple, TX, with compensation of $50,000–$60,000 per year. Stylecraft has spent nearly 40 years helping Texans achieve homeownership, and this role supports its homebuilding teams. The role sources materials and develops supplier and trade-partner relationships to help ensure homebuilding teams have the materials, pricing, and partnerships needed to build homes. It contributes to project quality, cost, and progress through purchasing, negotiation, collaboration, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Source and purchase materials while balancing quality, value, and efficiency
• build relationships with suppliers and trade partners
• negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements
• collaborate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Construction teams on material, labor, and product pricing
• conduct site visits, review products, and help improve processes.
