Maintenance Planner II

Job overview

The Maintenance Planner II role is onsite in South San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $52–$56 per hour. The planner supports maintenance activities associated with manufacturing operations. The role plans and coordinates labor, materials, tools, and equipment so preventive and corrective maintenance can be completed efficiently and in coordination with production. It also maintains the master preventive-maintenance schedule and supports compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Plan and schedule resources and materials for preventive and corrective maintenance
• develop work scopes and resource forecasts
• oversee work-order compliance with FDA, DEA, and OSHA requirements
• anticipate and address delays through coordination of labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, permits, documentation, and access
• maintain the master preventive-maintenance schedule
• coordinate among maintenance groups and facility supervisors and managers.

Why this role

The posting prefers an associate degree or equivalent and requires three to five years of maintenance planning experience. MAXIMO is highly preferred; experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food and beverage, or healthcare industries and knowledge of cGMPs are requested.
