Technical Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, Android and Apple mobile devices, email applications, phones, LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, and wireless access points. Resolve network, infrastructure, hardware, software, and application issues
• track support activity in the ticketing system
• monitor system performance
• identify and report security concerns
• document system changes and solutions. Travel up to 20% to NOVA and Front Royal areas
• a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation are required.
