The role leads Wagner Subaru’s new vehicle sales team and supports its focus on customer relationships and employee development. The manager develops sales staff and future dealership leaders while strengthening sales processes, customer outcomes, and market share. Through coaching, recruiting, performance oversight, and continuous improvement, the role helps the dealership achieve sustainable results and consistent customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach the new vehicle sales team
• recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain sales professionals
• conduct coaching and performance reviews
• develop future leaders and succession plans
• document and improve sales procedures
• monitor CRM, lead response, follow-up, and customer communication
• manage sales production and inventory
• and support customer experience, retention, and market share goals.
