House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position in Miles City, MT. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution dedicated to providing a comprehensive education and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role is designed for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes. The primary purpose is to create a nurturing, family-like atmosphere that supports the academic, emotional, and social development of approximately 8-13 students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Experience working or volunteering with youth; Valid U.S. driver’s license.
